We had a quiet, spacious room on the 5th floor which was well lighted and had a very nice bathroom. The room was clean and had everything we could have asked for. The beds were comfortable as were the two chairs with a small table and a sofa so we did not have to sit on the beds. There was a desk and a big TV on the wall. The electric sockets by the desk and next to the beds all had USB charging connections. The walk-in closet was super and the safe was conveniently located and worked with a credit card. The internet connection was good and the bar in the lobby was open until late. We booked a parking space behind the hotel and left the car there during our stay. There are two Metro stations within walking distance as well as bars, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast room is very nice but we did not try the breakfast as we preferred to sleep late.

Hotel Lancaster is set in a central but tranquil area of Milan, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Each room is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The staff were all so welcoming and accommodating we really felt at home. The concierge was very knowledgeable and helped us with all of our bookings and dinner reservations. The room and facilities were high end, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served on the beautiful roof top terrace with incredible views of the city. Will definitely be staying here again when back in Milan

We were delighted with our stay at the hotel. It was very clean, the rooms were beautifully appointed, and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. We were happy to extend our stay for two more nights. The location was excellent. I highly recommend it.

The staff was amazing, they checked me in my room at 8 in the morning! They helped me in every way. The hotel is very good The room was cleaned large and very comfortable, and You can have an excellent breakfast for a very fair price
