A skip and jump from the front door of our hotel. Beautiful walk alongside river on Waitangi track or a relaxed sit watching the falls. A definite stop for all travellers whether you are passing by or visiting the area.

Is a nice place to visit, peaceful and relaxing these days, , nice to visit our country with out the overseas visitors trashing the place as has been the situation before when visiting, The covid has given our holiday spots back to us to enjoy, so it's very much appreciated not having the way-wood campers in those horrible green and orange vans, about, messing it up, and he big tour buses cluttering up the car parks. For too long overseas tourist have not valued our country and over stressed it with visitors running a muck often with the lower budgeted visitros, we don't need them like we had prior to covid, they dont ad value to our economy.

The owner was sooo lovely and treated us to an upgrade AND a late checkout, for free! So sweet! The room was comfortable, very clean, had a very powerful heat pump, good water pressure and all the facilities we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything so we made breakfast in the morning before eating it on the balcony in the sunshine overlooking the Haruru falls. Superb!

The location was great. Caltex in front , Woolworth just beside the hotel . 200m to the beach ..1km from Waitangi treaty grounds, 3km from Haruru falls and 1.5km to Pahia city centre. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfy.

Loved being next to the Haruru Falls. Loved the peaceful atmosphere and listening to the birds in the trees, smell of the fresh clean air. Loved the playground area and playroom on-site for the kids to play in. Loved how friendly and accommodating the staff were THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Enjoyed my stay here. I needed a space to chill & and rejuvenate if this is what you're looking for, this is the perfect place . Motel is right beside the water & close to Haruru Falls in the Bay of Islands

Very spacious one bedroom unit. Kids loved the upstairs space. Handy to have fridge & jug in room. Pull out couch as well as 2 beds upstairs. Shared kitchen had everything available for own cooking. Nice main lounge area for relaxing/ dining. Scenic river views and close walk to Haruru Falls. Standard condition for a 3 star motel with some cosmetic water marking but facilities were still clean.
