This place is being run by people who understands hospitality. Everything from the staff, to the clean room, to the excellent breakfast. They even let us checking slightly earlier when the room became ready. Definitely one of the best price/quality ratio hotel I ever stayed at (out of 200+)

Very nice, big and comfortable room. Friendly personnel. Breakfast served in restaurant with nice view, whole meal very good. Well prices in bar for professionally prepared cocktails:). In general - medium size, very comfortable hotel in center of Suwałki.

The location was great, the yard for kids next to the apartment was super. The price was excellent. All we needed was there.

Smooth process for everything, little sweet things like chockolate bar on towel, or handling key in/out no muss no fuss... dishes, all needed for cooking ... just great!
