We stayed in a Junior Suite. Great size room with tea/coffee making facilities. Lovely decor. Really comfortable bed.. Gym available to use. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of restaurants close by and hotel provided us with a list of those nearby , by type of food offer.

the rooms and facilities are up to date and well kept. The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are always accommodating especially the front door staff always smiling and greeting guests.

it’s an AMAZING place !!! it was my Birthday trip they gave me complimentary vegan cake and a great bottle of champagne! totally surprised me ! also gave me their amazing robe that’s really like being wrapped in coziest blanket . I will always stay here as I visit New York yearly ! I have stayed here every time I visited !!!!
