We had an excellent experience thanks to Rahman and Amber at the front desk. They were incredibly helpful in resolving an issue with our room and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Their local knowledge and recommendations about NYC were a fantastic bonus, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you both for going above and beyond!

The hotel stay was just perfect. Great beds and pillows! Very clean room and common areas at all time. Service minded employees. Great breakfast every day. Great coffee and porridge with toppings. A nice and well equipped gym which was open 24 hours. The locations is also great, within waking distance to the main attractions. A nice walk from the hotel to the High line par and down to Chelsea was a nice surprise. Thank you so much for your great service. The hotel is highly recommended!

The convenience of the location- perfect for easy connection by public transport for either JFK (subway) or Newark (train from Penn). Close to Hudson yard and the start of the high line, and all the other attractions of Midtown. Love the old art deco style throughout, even if it is a little tired in places and the beds were really comfortable. we also had a view of both the empire state and the Chrysler building from our room on 32nd floor. It was the best value I could find in Manhattan.

The location was amazing, the hotel is situated right next to the high line so easy to access many sites in New York on foot. Room clean and tidy, fresh bed linen and towels everyday. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was exceptional and handy to grab a quick bite to eat before heading out for the day. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a queen suite with views of the Hudson. The rooms are small however as to be expected in New York.
