The location is perfect for exploring the old town centre. The staff (Jenny, Louis, Leo, Peter) were very helpful with recommendations of places to see and eat. Also Fiona in the hotel spa was great. We had very good massages. The breakfast had a decent selection of food and was served in a very beautiful dining room. From the rooftop terrace you get the most beautiful view of the sun setting above the city

Our stay for four nights was even better than expected. I did chose a room with a verandah and my two friends chose an interior room. My room was spacious, light, and clean. It had a sofa, two chairs and table. The breakfast was very good and omelettes made to order delicious. Marcie and Tracywere friendly and helpful. I would stay again for sure!

Amazing Accommodation Experience! The room was clean and comfortable, of top-notch quality. Everyone in the group was very happy! Breakfast was delicious; it would be even better if they had Vietnamese coffee. The staff were incredible, very friendly and courteous, and enthusiastically introduced local attractions to us.
