The staff were very friendly and helpful, always had a smile. There was an afternoon tea and snacks free to guests and very good with lots of choices. The hotel perfectly located as everything is within walking distance. A nice roof top dip pool with a bar. Paul the barman made some of the best cocktails, they were all superb.

Silverland Yen Hotel was a peaceful and stylish escape in the heart of the city. We loved the minimalist design and relaxing atmosphere, which made it feel like a true retreat from the busy streets of Saigon. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff didn’t make us wait. They quickly found a room for us and even invited us to enjoy complimentary snacks and coffee at the restaurant while we waited. On the day of departure, they kindly gave us a late checkout for free, just as we had requested. The service throughout our stay was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. We also made use of the sauna every day, which added a relaxing touch to our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great design, and top service in the city.

This is a perfect location in district 1 to everything, its in walking distant to the markets (Cho Ben Thanh, Saigon Square, Saigon Centre), miscellaneous shops, massages and Bui Vien night life. For food there is 3 Michelin guide around it. In a 5 to 10 min walk there is a laundry service too. The Hotel has breakfast included but you are always close to other local food around it. Room is always clean and neat, security and peace of mind if you forget anything in your room.

Prime location in district 1, close proximity to Ben Thanh markets, Saigon Centre, Vincom Dong Khoi and Nguyen Hue walking street. Staff were friendly and hospitable. Housekeeping did an excellent job at managing the cleanliness and topping up daily necessities in the bathroom. The hotel were considerate and thorough in not disposing of slippers and boxes that were left behind incase it was a mistake and also sent an email to follow up regarding lost item which was greatly appreciated.

The staff were exceptional. They were friendly, approachable, professional and helpful. I would stay there again. The hotel is conveniently located , only a few minutes to Ben Thanh market, within walking distance to Saigon Centre and close to a variety of restaurants.

If you have to put on suntan lotion or anything on your face, most hotels in Asia won't have much counter space and are usually dimly lit - except this one. Also, their free breakfast is nice and all of the soups I had so far have been tasty. The place is only about a 5 minute walk to Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square, and Saigon Centre. There are also a few restaurants across from Ben Thanh Market that stay open late.

Room was spacious even though with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. Room was clean and nice. Hotel situated just a walking distance to Ben Thanh market and Saigon centre. Breakfast is situated on the G floor. Staffs including receptions, bellman, F&B, and housekeeping is great, friendly and always ready to assist. Definitely value for money and will choose this hotel again when I come back to Saigon. Thumbs up!

The overall feel. Location was excellent as it is just opposite to Ben Thanh Market and 5 minutes walk to Saigon Centre. Lots.of good food around. The staff were excellent and special mention to Paul for his good conversation over breakfast. My go to hotel whenever I am in HCMC. Breakfast btw was excellent.

The hotel is modern, stylish, and in an excellent location inside Saigon Centre. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. A special mention to Ms. Tram Thai, the Front Office Manager, who handled an issue we faced with professionalism and care. She personally followed up and ensured the matter was resolved quickly, which left a very positive impression.

Staff were friendly & helpful, able to converse in English. Room & bathroom are kept clean every day. Bed & pillows are comfortable. Breakfast spread was good, some new items each day. Superb location, within 5 mins walk to Opera House MRT station, Town Hall & Saigon Centre. Nguyen Hue Boulevard just outside the Hotel, are bustling with people exercising in the morning, & hanging out at night. Very convenient to drop off & pick up by taxi/Grab, except when the road is closed during weekend evenings.
