The property is very nice and clean. The location is very central. Breakfast also very good as well as the staff. It happened that one our T-shirt was lost during washing service and they gave all the best to find it. They didn't found it before our departere but insisted to puy us taxi to the airport as an apology. I really appriciate their effort.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in my life. The staff were SO helpful, friendly and attentive, they went above and beyond and made our stay exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, the rooms are quiet and the beds super comfortable. The breakfast was great and we also enjoyed the rooftop bar. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi- it's excellent!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was very good and at a good price. Rooftop bar and Jacuzzi was a a lovely touch and the massages were excellent in the Spa . Would recommend Acoustic Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi :)
