I love the sky bar and the ambience. Hotel staff were very nice. The first look was very pleasing.

The staff and facilities were incredible, esp. considering the price and location. I was in a group of 7 and the team made us feel at home. We had two separate bookings due to a trip in between to Ha Long Bay, and they made the entire booking and check-in/out process extremely seamless and stress-free.

We visited Hanoi during last week of June 2024. And I have no hesitation to say , out of all the hotels we stayed in Vietnam, we had the best hospitality at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel . We had booked online a family room before hand and the concierges, Sabi And Jame , were more than eager to help us in every way. Since we were traveling with a 6 yr old kid and two septuagenarians, we had to be extra cautious and more informed. Sabi was like my go to dictionary for all sorts of queries I had , even before I landed there. She was prompt in her replies and gave us all sort of suggestions whenever we needed.

Situated in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, this boutique property is within a 5-minute walk of Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre and Hoan Kiem Lake.

The hotel was located in the old town, next to the St. Joseph church. Restaurants and shopping areas were around. The hotel had a transfer service to and from the airport at a decent price. Nice indian restaurant at the hotel with an adapted food for the clients. Enjoy a walk on the Old town streets. Feel the cafe taste in the nearby shops. Have fun.

The most remarkable about this hotel is the staff. They are exceptional, friendly, available and hard working. We went out late at night to hunt for a few bottles of beer and they offered to come with us. Although Hanoi is safe, I think. They also organised transport to and from the airport and a city tour - all at reasonable prices.
