Some of the most friendly staff that we encountered on our travels. Breakfast each morning was.good and started at 630 was nice for our early morning starts. In a (relatively) quieter part of Hanoi which was a relief after 5 nights in the thick of it. Because of that, we found all the coffee shops and food incredible and filled with locals and we were still a nice walk away from the busy French Quarter.

Room was above expectations. Staff were very kind and polite. Would recommend staying here. Very central to all attractions. The room was really spacious, had good facilities, the bathroom was really clean and spacious. The staff were very happy to help with any of our concerns or questions.
