We had a great stay! Everyone in the reception was so kind, friendly and supportive. We took the shuttle service from the airport, and the driver was very punctual and the ride was pleasant. The room was very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. In the street is very loud but the rooms are very good isolated. We had to work some days and the internet connection was fantastic. We loved the fruit section for breakfast.

I have booked this hotel several times but this is my very first stay near Christmas and New Year time, which is amazing. I mean there is nothing to complain about La Cascada staff and services, but this time I could literally soak up the festive atmosphere. From Hang Ma Street to the local market on the way to this hotel, local people put up so many decorative stuff for sale, and also for decoration, I guess. The whole street looked really amazing and I could immerse myself in the vibrant vibe there, which is truly the highlight of my stay. About the room I booked, the one with a railway view, which could be a bit noisy as my first thought. However, to my surprise, the noise-cancelation window worked very well, as I could barely notice a noise from outside, All in all, my stay at La Cascadea was worth every penny, and I would definitely come back here.

The first thing I want to highlight and commend is the cleanliness of the room. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. But most importantly, what touched me the most during my stay here was the enthusiasm and helpfulness of the reception staff. They have a 24-hour reception service. Okay, let me be real. This was the best accommodation we’ve stayed in throughout South East Asia while travelling for 6 months. We were greeted by the security guard helping us open our car door and getting our bags. He helped us open the door and make sure we had everything and were feeling safe. We then met some of the workers called Flower and Nicolas. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and funny. They told us all the information we needed to know and we even got some welcoming tea on arrival while we waited 10 minutes for the room (because we came early). Actually, every time we came down to wait for a Grab at reception they brought a delicious cold Vietnamese tea, it was so kind. The room was amazing it had a portable projector with Netflix, the bed was comfortable and big, the bath was so nice we actually used it every night, the shower was fantastic, room service was amazing, and they even have laundry service. They serve delicious beef burgers and fries and offer a lot of discount vouchers upon arrival for the restaurant and bar. To be honest, the best thing for me was the security guard. I watched how he worked, and he puts 100% effort into his job. He is always walking around and watching his surroundings, helping open doors for people with a kind hello, opening and shutting doors of the car for you, his aura is very trusting and warm.
