The staff is very friendly and looks after your needs, definitely customer oriented! Silence was really kind and helpful, we felt comfortable from the beginning! Ambient was nice and cosy with good interiors! Knowledgeable game drivers too! The tent was definitely luxurious with also an AC which made our cold evening extra comfy! Food was also going over expectations. Sadly we only stayed for one night, we would have loved to stay longer!

Lion Sands was an incredible experience! The room we stayed in was like its own private villa with every amenity you could want. The safari drives were amazing, and the staff was what really made our stay special. Our guide Albert and tracker Mishak were the best! They really went above and beyond to make sure we saw every animal possible, and were so knowledgable and fun to be around. Emotion was our waiter the whole time and he always made sure we had everything we wanted! Fortune was also amazing and helped us with our camera rental. Everyone who worked there was so welcoming and professional.

Everything was simply excellent - the staff, the food (including the Boma events), the suite with the amazing terrace and view, the game drives and the animals we saw (including seeing 4 leopards 5 times and the wild dogs twice which tends to be rare on other safaris in other locations). We would definitely recommend Leopard Hills further.

Our guide Tyrone and trackers Mashaba/Forward were amazing. We assume we were very fortunate since we saw the big 5 within 6 hours. We also - thanks to the guide and tracker - had amazing leopard sightings. We had an amazing time and definitely would love to come back. Recommended!! The location is truly unique, and the accommodation inside a converted train is 5 star luxury, it really is one of a kind, and the quality of service was outstanding, my wife and I had the most wonderful stay at Shalati, in fact I would say that we loved every minute of it. 🙏🙏
