Beautiful beautiful beautiful place! One of the most beautiful lodges we have stayed in. Everything was perfect! Bed, bathroom, staff.
I provided my own breakfast. The gardens were very nice. The atmosphere of the lodge was friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The internet was very good.
On the hottest recorded march day we slept like babies thanks to the exceptionally good air-conditioning which was a massive plus for us. The rest of the room was fine and exactly what we'd expected from a triple room in a travel lodge. Small but comfortable with a serviceable bathroom. The onsite carpark was very convenient though tight. We went in early during the day to secure a spot as we knew in advance that they are only available on a first come first served basis.
Charming lodge with vintage touches. Room very clean and comfortable. Warm and friendly hosts offering all the info needed on parking, sights and dining.
Good clean traditional lodgings.
Was travelling with a friend who insisted thatTravelodge was the gold standard for hotel/ motel Australian stay- as per the 1990s advertising on TV. Location was alright- we had a car and plenty of free street parking outside of business hours. Only stayed one night- bed and linen very comfortable- so much so that I forgot to get up to search for the Australis borealis. Spartan appearance outside of the rooms.
Much better than any travelodge I have used in the UK - in terms of staff, cleanliness, comfort and food - the meal I had was freshly cooked, generous, not over-priced and had flavour - very different from what you'd get in the UK in such an establishment.
Cute manor with bespoke rooms for each lodger. Lovely breakfast space with natural light pouring in through the windows in the morning. Free wifi, though I didn't use it.
