Loved everything about this farm cottage.. the beds were comfortable, good kitchen facilities and we stayed here for 2 nights! Strongly recommend this place to those visiting the Golden Circle.

The property features mountain views and is 48 km from Gullfoss Waterfall and 25 km from Ljosifoss. We had a great experience here. Although small they have done a great job at utilizing the space they have so we did not feel crowded. The experience of the glass part in the front was awesome (although on the expensive side) glad we did experience this. A beautiful view to wake up to!

Towels and bed linen are provided in the lodge. This was the first location for us on the island. It was perfect. Besides that the Sea View was great, the owners thought of everything. Binoculars, shaving mirrors, explanation of the washing machine. Great interior .. Would book again for sure. Try the fishsoap at Fjorubordid!
