Everything, truly magical property. The staff was very attentive and the service level very high. The small canines were beautiful on highest standard with private whirlpool. The kindness of the staff really stood out. Kevin gave the most amazing night tour to reach us about local animals.

The hotel is incredible, a great way to thrown yourself and enjoy being in a rainforest with loads of bird life. We found the staff accommodating and helpful whenever we asked for anything. The room - oh my god!!! This was the best room we have ever stayed in!!! The hospitality was amazing - all the staff had smiles on their faces and always greeted us whenever we passed by :) The entire property is beautiful and the hot pools are amazing!
