The staffs were so amazing and helpful. When we arrived at the hotel, they gave us a warm welcome by asking if we needed some drinks or chocolate. They even helped us to communicate with local people about some problems with tax refund on the phone call, because of our language barrier.

Great design, exceptional terrace, very comfortable room with all the amenities you would expect. location is fine near metro and tram. Very courteous and helpful staff plus housekeeping twice daily. My room had a great city view. I liked the location near Sempiole park. The 12/14 tram goes to Duomo in 15 minutes and the no. 2 goes all the way to Porta Genova in maybe 25 minutes. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay longer. Many thanks to all of the staff who were most accommodating (and noticing it was my partner’s birthday), we will return.
