Very nice, clean hotel in a convenient location away from the main road. Amenities were good, room was clean and shower was warm. Furthermore they were kind enough to pack me breakfast at 6am on the day of departure. Big plus: The rooftop lounge has an excellent view and menu. Recommendable also to folks not staying at Kutumba.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Jampa during my first visit to Kathmandu, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. 😊 The rooms were just the right size for my needs, and the thoughtful touches, like complimentary water and shower gels, added to the comfort. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to each day. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. They answered all my questions with a smile and arranged a driver for me and a friend on short notice when we decided to visit the Swayambhunath Temple. Their efficiency and responsiveness were greatly appreciated. Another convenient feature was the currency exchange service available at the front desk. The hotel’s pickup and drop-off service was impeccable. As a first-time visitor to Nepal and a solo female traveler, I felt completely at ease. One gesture that stood out and truly touched me occurred during my departure. While on the way to the airport with their drop-off service, the receptionist messaged me to let me know that I had accidentally left behind a bag of souvenirs. At that point, we had already reached the airport, but the driver kindly returned to the hotel, retrieved my bag, and delivered it to me at the airport—all free of charge and with remarkable speed, given my flight was fast approaching. Overall, my experience at Hotel Jampa was wonderful. From the reception staff to the drivers and even the bodyguard, everyone contributed to making my first stay in Kathmandu feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu. 🌟

From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully designed reflecting history of Nepal, and equipped with all modern amenities. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious options catering to every taste. The facilities, including the sona, jacuzzi, gym, and pool, were top-notch and well-maintained. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really made our stay memorable. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel sets a new standard for comfort and luxury. Absolutely a wonderful experience! I really was enjoying the whole ambience…. the room was spacious, the beds very comfortable and the decor perfectly fit the wonderful atmosphere. The hotel was clean and modern and there were security officers at the door to keep us safe. But the best part of the whole experience was the front desk staff and there are 2 waitresses They are really Amazing.They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. They were not only professional but also full of personality. They made us laugh and should be recognized for their hard work.Food was superb( Thank you Chef). The Positives: The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff provided exceptional service. The dining options were fantastic and all the staff were excellent. The rooms were also very clean and equipped with a large TV. The location is ideal for tourists, as many landmarks are within walking distance. Negatives:- During breakfast there is no option for cappuccino or No any coffee from the machine. Overall,One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.Can't wait to come back!
