What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming & always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a fantastic stay & I would definitely return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Regis and will return during the holiday season later this year.
