The hotel offers complimentary buggy transfers to the mall. Everything, all food was great, very deep taste, not overpowering. Great on the pallet.

This was the last stop of our trip, and we decided to treat ourselves at the excellent Marriott chain. We booked two connected rooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had wonderful showers with strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall very comfortable and relaxing rooms. The hotel has an excellent semi-Olympic swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. Breakfast was rich, varied, and very tasty. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and the dishes we tried were delicious. The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of cozy seating areas. Cleanliness was top-notch in the rooms and all around the hotel. A truly wonderful and luxurious hotel! Highly recommended!

We were there to celebrate our 25 th Anniversary and from the time we entered the hotel we felt loved and taken care of. A loud welcome ma'am and welcome sir from the valet at the entrance. The front desk had Priyanka who was the sweetest person at the reception ever. She gave us a lot of surprises....a lounge pass with food and drinks were on the house, an entry for a DJ nite, a surprise cake cutting in the room. At the lounge they were celebrating a customer week and we had an opportunity to cut the cake there as well. The rooms were clean as u would imagine. The staff is very friendly......I thought it was just a perfect Anniversary celebration 🎉🥳

The on-site Trichy Kitchen restaurant serves local and international dishes. Excellent hotel and a good new addition to Trichy. All new and working perfectly. The breakfast is very good, the rooms very clean, large and well-appointed. The reception staff (Mr Muthukumar) is nice and professional. Even the driver facilities are good (I’ve been told).

Very clean rooms. The staff are the best part about this property, they are very courteous and kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here the next time I visit the city.

Courtyard by Marriott is situated in Chennai’s central business district, a 15-minute drive from Marina Beach. I travelled to Chennai with my family. We stayed for 5 days. And the service at this hotel is amazing. Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making our stay comfortable, the staff are so nice and helpful. The rooms were well-maintained, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The rooms were well-furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight was the morning breakfast with the traditional South Indian dishes, personally made best dosas varieties and filter coffee was another treat. We enjoyed the food. This hotel has a pool of vehicles to make our travel comfortable at any time.  We arranged a vehicle to travel to Kanchipuram, the driver was an experienced person, who made our shopping easy.
