Location, spacious setting- large motel with lots of space, small dining table with chairs, bench top, parking near the rooms and clean

We were quoted $161 we were charged $189
The place was dirty, the water pressure was very poor, the shower only Luke warm, the milk in the morning was frozen, mould, cracked tiles, hair dryer didn’t work, cracked broken power points didn’t work towel rails broken off , jug was broken
Worst motel I have ever stayed in zero stars and got ripped off for $28, I want it back please

Location was good for a cheaper motel. Short walk to the Mall and the train station. Room was air conditioned which worked well. Shower was hot.
