The lady at the reception was amazing, very kind, always smiling and always here to make things convenient. The place was big, quiet and very convenient location. Comodities was very good and the place very clean. We slept so well, that we booked again Bella Vista in Wanaka. The little plus, thanks for the tissues, we appreciated the gesture 😁

We have a whole house for us. The parking is under shelter in front of the door. Our kids like the playground there. Lots of kids from other guests.

Location was perfect! Short drive to town and walking distance to a popular eatery, Betsey Jane. Room and bathroom were very clean. I personally loved the heated mattress topper. The staff was very helpful in guiding us into things to do and see around Fox Glacier. She also answered our questions about things to do in Franz Josef as we were driving there the next day.

Surrounded by beautiful native trees and bush land, Aspen Court Motel Franz Josef offers guests free Wi-Fi. Opened in December 2013, the property offers heated rooms with a flat-screen TV.

The counter staff was friendly. We had one apartment and a studio, both were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent - good eating places (e.g, Alice May) and local points of interest (e.g. Terrace Walk to watch Glow Worm after dark) are within walking distances. It is an easy drive to the Franz Josef glacier area. The jacuzzi in the apartment was great for both adults to relax and kids to have fun. The whole neighborhood environment was nice and quite for pleasant leisure walks around. We highly recommend this place for visitors to Franz Josef.
