The apartment is located in a wonderful area — not right in the center, but very close to it, with everything easily accessible. The host was amazing — thoughtful, attentive, and provided clear self check-in instructions. There was even a lovely welcome treat waiting for us! ✨ The apartment is brand new, beautifully decorated, and feels like a little cozy island where you instantly feel at home. The host kindly mentioned that the building is still under construction, but that didn’t bother us at all — as a photographer, I actually loved it! It was a real surprise to find such a stylish and soulful apartment in a place like this. The peace, atmosphere, and special energy of the apartment were worth everything — it feels like being in the mountains, yet the city center is just around the corner. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back again when we return from Sevan! ❤️ Wishing you all the success and to keep going 100%!

Amazing hotel and holidays! The hotel is big, with big hall and territory. I was staying in a single room and it was very comfortable and cozy. The breakfast and dinner are extremely delicious! We stayed for a whole month, and have just extended our stay for one more week. The reason we decided to stay here was to be close enough to Yerevan (for medical treatment), while being able to enjoy fresh air away from the city, and being surrounded by animals (not just horses - there are even ostriches!). The accomodation is perfect for what we require, the breakfast, and other good from the restaurant is good and affordable, there is a bathroom in the self contained accomodation. And I asked before hand about cooking facilities, as there is no shared kitchen, but knowing in advance meant it doesn't matter to us, because we have a camping stove and bought some gas before coming. It's a wonderful place with lovely staff, and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. I hope Mankus will receive more international guests in future. It's only 30 minutes from the city, from the bus stop in Dzoraghbyur, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the village. Thank you for the great experience 😊
