The property is ideally located. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the many shops and stores in the old town. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I stayed 3 times within a 3 week span of time and was able to check in early on all occasions. The rooms are clean, a good size, and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area in Biel. The owner is very nice, the check-in procedure was seamless, and I could check in also at a later hour, at around 9 PM! The room was very clean and equipped with an electric water boiler for tea or coffee.

Location in the old part of town was great. Apartment was nice, clean, and big. Hosts were responsive. I also liked all the stairs (I need the exercise), but some may not (no elevator).

We received a warm welcome from the moment we entered the parking lot. The local treats, friendly reception, and detailed information about the region and the hotel made us very happy. It was wonderful that every detail was thought of for our daughter and our dog. The breakfast was very tasty and the portions were quite large.
