Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We enjoyed plenty of homemade delicious food (best Khatchapuri Georgias) and wine. It is a wonderful place to relax and come in touch with Georgian life in the countryside. If given a chance, I would be staying longer here in Hotel Green Town! The gentleman in the reception who assisted us was so kind to help us in everything. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was amazing! I just love it. The location is perfect! It is so close to Bagrati Cathedral and you could just walk if you want to go to the downtown. If lazy enough to walk, just book a car lift through Bolt and in like 3 minutes, voila, you are in the center where you could choose where to eat. The view from the hotel's terrace is great, too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL IN KUTAISI!

It was an absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is not in the very center of the city, but it's only a 10-minute walk away, which gives you the tranquility of a tree-lined street. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need; they even provided bathrobes. The open buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of options. Enjoying our breakfast in the winter garden was a particular pleasure. The hotel also has ample parking, which is very helpful for those traveling by car.

We stayed at Panorama in Kutaisi for two nights (April 4–6) and really enjoyed it. We had two double rooms — one for me and my wife, the other for our daughter and mother-in-law — and everything went smoothly. The place is quiet and has an amazing view over the city — perfect to enjoy with a morning coffee or in the evening after a walk around Kutaisi. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can really feel the personal touch, which made the experience even better. Breakfasts were great — tasty, fresh, and a nice variety. It definitely helped us start our days in a good mood. All in all, it’s a lovely spot to stay in Kutaisi. Relaxed atmosphere, nice people, and a great view. We’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel with a warm, family-like atmosphere — the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's a spacious shared kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need (pots, plates, mugs, wine glasses, etc.). Rooms are very clean, modern, and spacious, with balconies. Each room includes a welcome set, kettle, mugs, a small fridge, as well as bathrobes and slippers. Private parking is available for guests, and laundry services are offered at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

The staff (young man) is friendly and can speak engish. The rooms are on upstairs and owner living downstairs. It has a balcony with a fantastic view. There are refrigerator, electrical kettle, AC in the room. They have laundry services starting from 15 lari. You can park your car in the street. The breakfast was 15 lari per person, we did not try. The toilet has water hose.
