simple but completely clean studio apartment with plenty of space for two people. It was warm and had a kitchen that was perfectly adequate to cook a meal. The bathroom was modern with a generously sized shower. There were two bathrobes as well as towels. It was quiet and with parking right outside. The house is up the hill from the harbour and it was a bit cold (snow everywhere) to walk to the hot pools on the shore so we took the car, but I would estimate a 10 min walk in summer.

Malarhorn is located directly by the sea edge. Shared area in the guesthouse is fine and so is the main common area in another bulding. Easy check-in process, comfortable beds, on site parking. There are 2 toilets in the house which is ... convenient.

Our double room with private bathroom was an excellent choice. It had almost everything we needed - it's spacious, very cosy, there's a kind of anteroom where you can hang the jackets, shoes or leave some food which needs lower temperature. Hosts are friendly, the location is quiet but sometimes rainy and very windy. Usually it was possible to park the car just in front of our room. Famous hot tubes in Drangsnes are just a short ride away - I really recommend an evening visit.
