The room itself, with the private hot spring bath, was pure luxury. All of the staff were so helpful. And the meals! Ate like a king. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire stay.

I enjoyed this hotel for its stunning mountain views, and we were fortunate to have the entire place to ourselves during our stay. However, there is room for improvement in the onsen facilities
