This hostel has an excellent location, making it easy to explore the area. The locker is huge and the room is very clean. The staff are extremely nice and go out of their way to be helpful, which really makes you feel welcome. A great place to stay for both comfort and friendliness! Plus, it’s really a best place if you work remotely! The space is huge and the internet is very good. Definitely the best hostel in Bishkek.

It was very comfortable. There were yoga mats, perfect for working out. There were also chairs on the second-floor terrace where you could relax. I was able to use the shower room without any problems. I got a bad case of food poisoning here, but the staff quickly called an ambulance and dealt with the situation. They even brought me some medicine. It was my first time traveling alone and I was very worried about getting sick overseas, but they really helped me out. There were cafes and malls nearby, so I had no trouble shopping.

This stay was truly magnificent! Spacious rooms, super comfy beds, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. When we had trouble with the delivery of our luggage by Turkish Airlines, they were accomodating and making phonecalls for us when needed. Especially Nestan helped us out when a ‘representative’ of the airline tried make us sign a document, prohibiting us to make a claim against the airline. She was decisive, solution-oriented and stood her ground which was exactly what we needed to get our luggage back without signing something we did not want to agree on.

I had a wonderful experience at this very modern and stylish hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-equipped. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and although the breakfast area was a bit small, the variety of options was fantastic. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and pastries. Additionally, there was a convenient option to order lunch or dinner for an additional cost. The only downside was the slightly distant location from the city center, but a quick taxi ride took me there in just 7-10 minutes. Moreover, there was a huge supermarket located just a 3-minute walk away.
