Our stay in La Maison-Berbère was just magical. The host is beyond helpful and happy to assist you with all your needs. Meals are hefty, homemade and simply delicious. One can choose to sleep either in the room or under the stars on the mattresses taken out upon request. There's ice cold water and fresh fruit available at all times. We also learnt a new card game and could play with the host's kitties. We can strongly recommend the Sahara trip, which in 2025 cost 100 euro per person. The driver, with whom the owner cooperates, is so skilled he should compete in the Dakar rally. During the trip we were taken deep into the Sahara desert, where we spent the night smoking hookah, eating tajine and drinking Moroccan tea. Our stay exceeded our expectations and left a lasting impression.

We had a great stay at Mbark's camp, he's really welcoming and was very accommodating, we didn't have a car and he drove us to and from the village to the camp. His camp is beautiful, serene, and well located around the dunes, it was great to just walk around the camp. The one night excursion to erg chegaga we organised with him was a highlight of our trip, everything was magical! The food we had throughout our stay was amazing too.

The host Aziz was a wonderful host. He took me to the Oasis and Chigaga Erg. He also arranged for my return taxi which was extremely helpfu.l He made my desert adventure a very memorable one. Chef Barack is a very kind person who makes delicious vegan food. I highly recommend this property.

Forget tourist places like Merzouga. This is the most authentic Berber experience you can have in the Moroccan desert. Before the trip, Younes contacted us via WhatsApp to understand which activities we would like to do. The road is not paved, but you can get there with a regular car. The tents are big and comfortable, and most importantly, they are not close to each other as you often see in other desert camps. The bathroom is very clean. The food service is incredible. As we spent two nights, we had two breakfasts (included), two dinners, and one lunch. The food was very authentic and plentiful. They take care of every detail. We did a three-hour camel tour with Mohammed, which was also a very nice activity. They asked us if we wanted to go for longer, but after three hours, it was perfect for us. I highly recommend this camp to anyone traveling to Morocco.

Very kind host. He helped organize the trip to erg chegaga, where there are hundreds if not thousands of sand dunes Very beautiful dunes and the way to it was amazing as well. I recommend using Sahara holidays camp .for a trek in the desert. Most of the staff speak englich and other stuff . The cook is a local who knows very well the desert and can be an amazing tour guide, camel man, everything. The staff members are all very friendly and teach you many things such as the way nomads live in the desert. And to some extent through this trip, you will be able to experience that yourself. Sahara holidays also helps you a lot plan the entire trip in Morocco, and to schedule how to get to (If you are landing in Mhamid for example). The food is also very friendly for vegetarian people as it is often served with lots of vegetable. For anyone who is looking for a personal trip to relax, or a family trip, friends... I recommend going to Mhamid and experience the desert trek! Make sure to look all the options on their website .
