Booklet informing guests about the facility, tourist areas and neighbourhood, stable/strong WiFi, non- smoking facility, yoga mat. Provision of quiet and beautiful area for its guests. Also there's provision like a reception where you can sit with your guests in case u dont want to bring em to your room. I received a complimentary wine from the facility mgt. because somehow they didn't receive the modification of my reservation from booking.com, as their own way of saying ,we are sorry'.haha. My stay at Adel's place was amazing, all thanks to Henry, the host. The apartment came as described: well maintained, fully equipped, air conditioned, constant power, Netflix and WiFi. It's also located in a central part of town so movement around was easy. Henry's an amazing host who pays attention to details and he was quick to respond to the few requests I made: even down to spare cutlery that we needed 😂 I would greatly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Abuja and is looking for a place to stay for a few days all by themselves.

This premise is built like a residential building with multiple flats which gives it a very neighborhood-like effect. The area is well protected, clean, and has a very professional and friendly staff. I've stayed here twice already and this is now my go-to place to stay when in Abuja. The rooms also have a kitchen with basic utensils. The restaurant is also great with fresh food available all through the day. The breakfast is very well planned and efficiently handled as per individual choices everyday as complimentary per room. The area is within 20-30 minutes to major locations in the city centre and bolt cans are easily available. The area also has a pharmacy, supermarket, and other eateries within walking distance.
