Excellent customer service. Was greeted immediately with coffee and dates, someone took my luggage, they asked about finding the place and parking and this was all repeated when I left - someone took my luggage with me to the car. Rooms are immaculately clean and gorgeous, fantastic rooftop to view the surrounding city and a very snappy keyfab system to enter the building and the rooms. True 5 star experience while maintaining a family atmosphere at a very affordable price!

Location is ideal - very close to Souk and Fortress (but not inside the strict center, where traffic is so hard that you are quicker by foot...). Rooms are beautiful and spacious; the bed in enormous :) Manager is allways willing to help!
