The setting is amazing - beautiful views straight out to sea, with sand at your feet. The meadows surrounding the huts are lovely, and it felt like the perfect balance of nature and comfort. The huts are very sweet and the bed really comfortable. The toilets and showers and clean and practical. It was easy to get to - a 30 mins walk from the train station, or a bus from Halmstad. The staff were really helpful - they even lent us a couple of bikes so we could make the most of the lovely cycling paths around the area - we went to the brilliant Simstadion Brottet, a free open-air swimming pool just around the bay.

Spoil yourself with a stay at this wonderful establishment. I spent one night on a solotrip and could have stayed much longer. So i'm coming back with my family in 2 weeks! Nice room, lovely surroundings, excellent breakfast, welcoming host. Nothing bad to say. The hike down to town was a lovely 30 mins / 3 kms walk and the hotelrestaurant in town served really good food.

This is a beautifully decorated, organised, and comfortable apartment that we were so pleased to stay in. Very well equipped including laundry, big kitchen, huge comfy couch, two TVs with streaming services, and a lovely patio outside for you to use. We would absolutely stay here again!

She is not only a gifted and inspired cook; honestly, her food is of true Michelin star quality but she also makes you feel genuinely cared for from the very first moment. Every dish is homemade, most ingredients come straight from her garden, and every bite reflects the love and thoughtfulness she puts into her cooking. Booking the dinner is an absolute must. I have never tasted anything like it. What makes this place so unique is its total authenticity. If you are looking for something truly special, something that stays with you long after you have left, this is where you want to be. The reviews speak for themselves, and rightly so. I honestly cannot understand how anyone could rate this experience anything less than excellent. Yes, you are surrounded by nature, in the middle of golden wheat fields. Complaining about a dead insect here would be like booking a beachfront hotel and then complaining about sand. This is real, beautiful countryside — and it is absolutely magical. I am incredibly picky and have very high standards. Yet here, everything was simply perfect.
