I almost never give tens and would give this a 9 myself, but my kids insist (due to the friendliness of the hosts) that I give it a 10. It's really a beautiful place, It gives you a feeling of being in Morocco and in the local culture. It's perfectly located to see everything you'll be looking to see as a tourist. The breakfasts are great and they can easily accommodate vegetarians. It's a family run place and they are really friendly.

We actually checked out other rooms. Both are super appropriate for families or couples who appreciate more room. Both rooms are set up especially for families or 4- 5 quests. The family room has a dining table, 2 separate bedrooms a large wet room type bathroom and a smaller half bathroom. Breakfast is set up as a mixture of buffet and fresh made fluffy pancakes. It was very good. The location was perfect for us. 1/2 block to the Medina area and a block to a very nice boardwalk with seafood restaurants. The area is very clean and well landscaped. Beautiful. I would recommend.

Everything was great – the cleanliness of the property, the amenities, and the excellent breakfast. And the staff, they were incredibly kind. The guy who welcomed us and the other one who served us breakfast – they’re out of this world. Extremely polite, always smiling, and their boss should make sure to keep them and, of course, pay them well. Well done, guys. I’ll definitely recommend the Riad to my friends.

Private parking is available near the guest house, with an extra cost. Rabat-Sale Airport is 5 km from the property and Arrêt Bab El Had Tram Stop is a 5-minute walk away, which provides links to central Rabat. Everything. We were treated like family, everyone working there was very nice and always available to help us. Cannot express how wonderful they were. We stayed in the last floor, with a large room and bathroom. It was very confortable and quiet, with a very nice patio. It is located in a good area, with close walking distance to restaurants, stores and center. Totally recommend it! The hotel sits on the Atlantic coast and is a 10-minute walk from Rabat’s beaches. For guests arriving by car, free public parking is available nearby. Riad was beautiful and spatious. Room was super comfortable and quite big. Services were perfect. Staff was increadibly nice and caring. We had a problem on the road on our way there and they were quite understanding. They made our life easier. They were very welcoming and they explained us all about the main attractions to visit in the city, as well as to get there. Location is good and very easy to get there. They were also very detailled on giving us instructions on how to get there and how to park nearby.

It was flavorful, authentic and filling. Overall an excellent place to stay and we will absolutely be back next time we are in Rabat!
