The hotel staff was great. Location fantastic, one hour drive from all main highlights in the Basque Country. They also allowed our dog to stay with us, something not usual in Spain as they are still behind when compared to the pet friendliness of the rest of Europe.

Lovely hotel with golf course and padel court in the mountains. Stunning views and very warm welcome, very friendly staff and helped us with our Spanish which was nice. Very good rubio beer on tap. Good value food, especially the salads and very nice outdoor seating area. Used alot by locals so that's always a good sign. Dog friendly, will definitely stay again. Spacious rooms.

Comfortable hotel in great location. Clean spacious room. Very good menu del dia. Dog friendly. Convenient for motorway and overnight stop.

dog friendly and room for him to have a run around after 7 hours in the car! receptionist was lovely and spoke great English. rooms were spacious and clean and beds were so big and comfy! shower was great too, can’t fault it!!!!
