I was very pleased with my stay here. Beautiful nature, kind and wonderful people, cozy, green garden, full of flowers and greenery. The hosts are amazingly hospitable, it will be especially interesting for foreigners to visit here, because the national spirit and color are present in their family. The man makes wonderful wine and generously treats guests, the woman bakes bread in a real Georgian oven-tone! They are very friendly. The surroundings are very picturesque. I will definitely try to visit here again and I want to say a huge thank you to this hospitable family ❤️❤️❤️

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel with our family! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like friends — they met us at the entrance, helped carry our luggage, and even surprised us with a bottle of wine in our room after our walk around Borjomi. The room was spotless, cozy, and perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and set the perfect start to our day. After check-out, they kindly let us leave our car so we could enjoy a few more hours exploring the town — such a thoughtful touch! Every detail, from cleanliness to friendliness, was perfect. We felt truly welcome and cared for. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Borjomi and can’t wait to come back ourselves!

Everything was great. The landlord didn't speak English, but he called his son that could, he asked us if we had any problems and he gave us some recommendations about places to visit and restaurants. The room was really clean and warm and the bed really comfortable. I very much recommend it!

The apartment is comfortable, there's everything one might need for a short trip. There's a cozy little kitchen, a nice bathroom and bedroom. There's also a very friendly dog who we enjoyed meeting. The hosts are super nice. Highly recommended!

The owner was particularly helpful in warm hearted. When we came there, she let us choose which room we preferred amongst several available and we had a lovely room with for our family with one double bed is so far and a single bed in the main part of the building, which was very clean, cool and well equipped. The breakfast was fantastic omlet, mini- pancakes, salad, saussages, and they just kept coming until we said to stop! The owner also offered us a nice glass of wine during the afternoon. We could also do our washing. The location is in town, in walking range of many pretty good restaurants.
