In my opinian, this small vacation house is one of the best choise, near the sea and not far from Rome, on thery reasonabil price. Also there is a big market with fresh seafood not far from house. Transfer from/to aeroport is also a big plus. Host is always ready to help you, thank you Fausto and your wonderful family for help and great vacation!

Federica was very welcoming and had the apartment brilliantly prepared for us. We only stayed one night unfortunately but would've happily stayed for longer as I found the place very relaxing. She also arranged a taxi to take us to the airport in the early hours of the morning.

When we arrived that day, it was already past ten o'clock at night, yet the landlord had been waiting for us all the time. The moment we opened the door, we were really pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen, bathroom, and all the electrical appliances were fully equipped. There was also a very large balcony. The couple of landlord were very nice. They patiently explained to us the precautions for entrance and exit, as well as how to park in the garage. They were really wonderful.

Enrico the host is a great guy. He's friendly and responded to messages promptly. He made check-in super easy. His English was not too good but he speaks some French, had a translator, plus a bright and friendly son who translated in good english. The apartment was clean, quiet, had good wifi and everything required for a stay. There were essential bathroom and kitchen supplies, clean beddings and bathroom towels He also arranged airport pick-ups and drop-offs at a good price. I had an early flight and the Apartment served very well. It's 10 mins drive to the Fiumicino Airport. I would gladly recommend it to another person.

This is a wonderful, cozy, and stylish home, created with love and a great sense of design. It’s perfectly suited for a family vacation. Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free — we arrived late and had no problem getting into the house. Everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay untill small nice details 😊. The hostess is very, very friendly and always ready to help. The sea is just a 6-minute drive away, and the airport about 15. There is also a grocery store with delicious food 👌🏻, as well as a cafe and restaurant 2-3 minutes away. We spent five wonderful days here and can definitely recommend this perfect location!
