Free transport to the elephant transit home is provided. Everything. Our favourite stay so far in Sri Lanka. Host is amazing - very friendly and all staff were well trained and very attentive. Pool is a nice feature ans breakfast was great. We especially enjoyed the authentic home cooked Sri Lankan curry buffet - it was delicious.

We have been to a number of very good family run b&bs throughout Ceylon. All of them good. But this one deserves a 10 because the owners really put a lot of effort in making clients happy. The dinner and breakfast was excellent and the safari tour organized by them also. The driver was very experienced and went through roads outside the beaten path to find animals which in this season are hiding and difficult to find. Great. The room was very clean, aircon worked well, mosquito nets etc. Just one tip: europeans like their breakfast with coffee or tea served together with food. After only for lunch and dinner.

The surroundings of the accommodation are very well maintained. We had breakfast and dinner twice, which were excellent and plentiful. (thanks to the owner's mother, who prepares fresh meals 🤤) The owner is very friendly, helpful, and knows how to advise. We booked a full-day safari through the accommodation. Our driver was an exceptional expert on the animals in the national park and a very good driver. If you are planning to visit Udawalawa National Park with your eyes closed, I recommend this accommodation and a tour of the park through the accommodation.
