I read previous reviews about the hotel and was a bit worried. However, I can assure you that as of May 7, the room was immaculate! Everything seemed brand new, as if it was recently remodeled. The air conditioner was strong and the room was quiet. I was also especially impressed by the club downstairs. The drinks were average priced for a club, and it was filled with many beautiful, single women who were very friendly and from various countries. The cafe also had some very tasty food which you can either eat downstairs or order it to your room. Finally, there is a small store next door for any last minute needs. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again myself!

Everything was perfect, location, room, pool, spa, food selection, staff. I was hesitant about taking this hotel considering the fact that many guests complained on booking about the elevators and traffic noise. I must say there was no problem in this respect. We could not hear any noise and we slept perfectly well. We were on the 19th floor and we would wait sometimes for a few minutes for the elevator but most of the time we were not waiting at all. We had half board and food was excellent, plenty of choice for everyone. We were checked so many times by the staff and their chief if we were happy with everything, if we need any assistance etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I am very happy with my stay at Arjaan by Rotana. The service is excellent, and the staff are welcoming and professional. The cleaning team are especially polite and helpful – special thanks to Jonita, Satyam, Israel, and John for making my stay comfortable. I was also very pleased with the room upgrade, which came with a much better view. The restaurant is another highlight – I truly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Overall, I am very satisfied and would be happy to stay here again.

If you are alone, with a group of friends or you are a couple that likes to party, this is the perfect place to go. If you want a quiet vacation then look elsewhere as there is music all day, but I found the atmosphere amazing. The room was very spacious and I had a very nice view at the pool from my balcony. Also the food was really amazing. Exceptional breakfast buffet, room service was great and the food at the penthouse restaurant was all delicious and of exceptional quality.

Dubai has improved by alot in terms of facilities and buildings. They have created so many landmarks, which is fascinating to visit as per Modern Architecture, however, the prices has increased unresonably through the roof compare to NZ/AS/CA Dollars. In the long-term, this might be the downfall of Dubai - too expensive to be visited.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

We’ve been to Dubai three times, and it has changed a lot — today it feels a bit like Disneyland for adults: glamorous, extravagant, and undeniably impressive, but also much more expensive than it used to be. Unfortunately, the experience is somewhat affected by the growing number of Russian tourists and residents, whose behavior sometimes disrupts the atmosphere and quality of stay. Still, Dubai remains a fascinating destination — a world of luxury, breathtaking architecture, and endless activities that everyone should experience at least once. 🏙️🌴

Now Dubai requires several days to visit.

Now Dubai requires several days to visit. However, if you like history and historical sites there are very little. What you will see is "superficial" history, that is, a pastiche, and incredible modern development. If that is a visitors interest, several days are needed.
