The location was fantastic. We booked a chalet that had direct access to the pool. The pool was so refreshing after a long day. The food was reasonably priced and so tasty. Highly recommend the prawns. The staff were exceptional. We went for my mam’s birthday and they upgraded our room, gave us a free fruit platter and delivered a dessert to our room that night. I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ras Al Khaimah from July 4th to 5th, and it was a truly pleasant experience. We originally booked a standard double room, but to our surprise, the hotel generously upgraded us — a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was spotless, with a high standard of cleanliness maintained in both the rooms and public areas. Breakfast was another highlight — the variety and quality of the food were excellent. Everything was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Hilton Garden Inn, Ras Al Khaimah to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run hotel with great service.
