The property was beautiful. The location was very close to everything you could need or want to experience in Sarande, while still being private and a quiet oasis from the loud music and bustling Sarande promenade. The private beach was a huge bonus. The gym was brand new and had more equipment than your average hotel, you could get a serious workout in, if you wanted to. The staff offered to pick us up from the ferry terminal and drop us off at the bus station which made our arrival and departure a breeze. We felt very spoiled staying here and would definitely return.

Muze hotel is beautiful! It’s in the perfect location. A few minutes from all the action or just a few minutes away from peaceful beaches. The pool is a little oasis form all the action by the sea. Zoi and her team were amazing! The hotel is spotless and the breakfast was fresh and warm in the morning. I would 100% recommend staying here if in Ksamil.

All the staff were very welcoming and friendly the entire stay. They helped us figure the parking situation which was on site and even carried our luggage up to our room. The gentleman showed us around the room which wasn’t very roomy with two large suitcases, but otherwise, the room was very clean with everything we could need. The location itself was convenient and accessible to everything - back to back restaurants, supermarket (right around the corner) and beaches - about an easy 10-15 minute walk. If you’re into nightlife, the bars and clubs are in the exact strip as the beach access. 10/10 experience and will be returning!

The owner and staff were very nice. The owner even gave us a complimentary boat ride for swimming in the middle of the sea. The rooms were the best and very Hi-Tech. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

I am glad that I stayed at Ilio Boutique Hotel , couldn’t be happier, best experience so far in Albania, the rooms staff and especially the pool is something that i have never seen before, they look after you even on the things that have nothing to do with the hotel .Food is delicious and fresh .There’s a lot of good things to say about this hotel , i highly recommend everyone to try it and believe it yourself. Surely will be back here again and again .

I stayed at Hotel Liro for one night, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had a breathtaking sea view. Breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect during my stay. They have a small private beach, rocky like most beaches in that area, and another bigger beach area right next door with easy access. We spent (again) 2 months just after the Busy season, and it fullfills all our expectations. Year after Year, Albanian infrastructure gets better, and this year i was pleased and surprised to see a lot of fellow french citizens as I am. I am a spearo so I definetely found everything i was looking for. All the Vlore Bay is amazing, for having dived the whole shore during these months, and on the way to Orikum you wiill find interesting local and huge restaurants, between beautiful residences litterallly on the beach. Albania is walking with steps of a Giant, and i am every year happier to how it becomes.

Shore town that will someday be very popular with non-Albanian tourists. The area is not as clean as I would have liked it to be - too much trash on the side of the roads, the roads are not in good shape and the local drivers don't adhere to any driving rules. The town itself is quaint and charming with great views of the Adriatic Sea. Since we were there off-season, we didn't swim or do any tours.

Ksamil is emerging as a tourist destination & the centre of the town at least seems to have opted to cater for those who prefer loud music / water activities on the beaches. That said, there is a good selection of bars & restaurants both in the centre of the town and on the main road into it. The hotel in which we stayed (Area Hotel) was excellent. Public transport is ok - there is a bus every 30 mins to Sarande or Butrint BUT it is packed & an experience in itself! Fares are 150 Lek (1.5 euro) each way. Taxis are available but cost approx 30 euro each way. Although card payment is accepted in most restaurants / hotels etc, it seems as though cash is king in Albania. Local currency (Lek) can be accessed once you're in the country by changing euro at one of the many exchanges.

It's a great place to relax, do nothing, and enjoy the beach, followed by local restaurants and a stroll along the small promenade. Sometimes there are beautiful sunsets. Boat trips are also available.

The owner was very responsive.

The owner was very responsive. The apartment had everything from kitchenware to WiFi ,free parking and quiet area. It is very close to Vlora city and Rradhima. The closest beach is 2-minutes driving, or 7-10 minutes waking.

Qeparo is a charming little village with a lovely "shetitore" (promenade) perfect for evening walks along the beach. The village stretches along the coast, offering breathtaking views and crystal-clear waters, though you'll need to walk a few steps to reach the shore. We had no trouble finding a sunbed without reservations, and the food was delicious and fairly priced—highly recommend restaurants Poseidon and Te Stefi! The only downside was the lack of trash bins along the promenade, which left the walking path a bit messy. This is definitely an area that could be improved. Overall, a peaceful, beautiful spot with great food and friendly vibes.

The owners seemed to make the effort to provide with help and assistance, despite the lack of quality in the aspects below. For the price you pay in high season which was 45 EUR per night, of course you don't expect luxury, but some basics should be in place: - 1st of all, the photos used in Booking.com were all from the 2nd building they manage, and don't correspond with the room booked at least on 50%. - the power plugs were a hazard to be aware(when you're travelling with a toddler). - the electric stove provided was almost at half meter height, a constant danger for toddlers. - the air con could be put on only by plugging in the plug and it was configured to the coldest temperature, very annoying to deal with it during the night. - hygiene could've improved: closet was dirty on the top, full of dust, the bathroom super-small. - when I asked for a sponge and dishwashing lotion, the owner told me that I was the 1st ever to ask for that. What? You put a kitchen.

Hotel Palasa is truly a hidden gem! The location is breathtaking — perched on top of the mountain with a stunning view overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Every morning felt magical waking up to that view. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, and full of delicious local options. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. A special thanks to Teuta, the owner, whose kindness and warm hospitality made our stay feel like home. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Hotel Palasa to anyone visiting the area. Can’t wait to come back!

It's our fourth time in Vlore and it's always a pleasant surprise. We like the vibe, the beaches, especially the wild ones, the food and the city itself. If you come here, don't miss a boat trip to Sazan Island, it's been the highlight of our trip. The kids loved it! We booked it with Trips4Fun, the best tour operator in Vlore :)
