Walks, exploring, R and R, shopping and eating out. We loved walking out on the rock jetty and talking with local fishermen. Enjoyed Marriners Lookout, great sea views and vegetation of the area. Easy city to navigate, sightseeing venues central, easy to locate. Staff in shops professional & friendly, happy, good service is shops. Good range of shopping & eateries available, only criticism would be that we couldn’t find a coffee shop open after 4pm on Sunday, apart from the RSL. Botanical gardens worth visiting. The toy shop lady was amazing like the bookshop lady. I didn’t get their names. We had a relaxing family holiday at Anglesea. The location of the holiday park right next to the beach and river meant we barely had to get in the car. Overall, we had a great stay. The house was big, very spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax.
