Great hotel with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location, only 5-10 minute walk from most main attractions. We were visiting around Christmas and the hotel's garden was part of the "Magical Courtyards" and beautifully decorated. Our stay at Bloom was amazing. The staff was so friendly, the room was incredibly clean and the location was perfect. 2 mins away from 2 tram stations, 10 mins by tram from the train station. The room had everything you need inside, the cleaning was done daily and the atmosphere was very cozy and nice. We even got un upgrade to a bigger room. I would definitely return anytime I visit Basel.
