Highly recommended to those looking to get away from the crowds! Beautiful location high above the valley, yet easy to get to via an aerial tram that departs from the Niederrickenbach train station, a short hop from Lucerne. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent and vegetarian friendly. This is a great starting point for hikes in a gorgeous part of Switzerland - near the hotel, there's a 4 person tram to the Musenalp on the mountain above (https://www.musenalp-nw.ch/bahn/) and it's a 20-30 minute walk to the most unique chairlift I've even encountered (https://haldigrat.ch/). We only stayed two nights - next time we're planning on a longer stay!

We have stayed here several times. There is ample parking behind the hotel or across the road. Staff on the front desk and at breakfast very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is always very good, continental with good selection. Our room was clean and comfortable. We have never had dinner there but there is an excellent Italian restaurant just two minutes walk down the road.

The Seehotel Pilatus is located on the shores of Lake Lucerne. It offers a large indoor pool, a hot tub, and free Wi-Fi. The spacious, air-conditioned rooms provide mountain views.

A lot of choices for breakfast and the lake view from my room is really good. Amenities are also nice, I’ll choose this hotel whenever I’ll be in Seitzerland.
