Really, everything without a doubt, the service that was offered to me is unforgettable. They offered me and my family to choose any room we liked, from a tiny bungalow next to the beach, aqua park and private garden, or any floor of my choice. The food was fantastic the kids were very pleased, lots and lots of swimming pool clean and the staff at the reception were very friendly, especially Mariam she was really sweet and kind. I usually don't rate a lot, but this one deserves it, I have been to many hotels in Hurghada, and I'm not sure why it's categories as 4 stars, it should be 5 stars without a doubt. I have already recommended it to my friend and will definitely come back. .

The hotel is beautifully designed, and really nicely furnished. We stayed in a family room with pool access - it's not so much a private pool, because it's shared with a few other rooms, but you have a section of it to yourself. The hotel was opened just a few weeks ago, so it was almost entirely empty. Everyone was super nice and friendly, especially Ahmend and Khalifa in the beach bar! Location is excellent - directly in front of the hotel there is an underwater meadow, which brings turtles and sea cows in every day, there's a diving centre on the beach and the reef can be found a short swim away to the edge of the bay.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the on-site amenities, including the 5 à la carte restaurants which added a lot to the overall experience. Amazing food! A lot of all-inclusive resorts don’t have the best quality of food but Jaz Amara really had great food! Snorkeling at the beach is one of the best snorkeling places I’ve ever seen and it’s right in front of the hotel. Beautiful coral with amazing fish and you easily spot turtles and stingrays as well. I haven’t been able to see a dugong but they are also there. The service is great and the animation team is amazing. Every night top-notch entertainment, it was so much fun. The entire hotel is very clean as well. 0 complaints (and if you do, they fix it right away!)

Amazing place to stay in Marsa Alam, very luxurious. We had the full board option and all the food was amazing (would highly recommend the full board option as there isn't anywhere else to eat around the resort unless you have a car). They can also provide a takeaway lunch if you are going out on a day tour. Beautiful buildings and great views. Lovely big pool with lots of beds to lay on. The staff were all very friendly. The only downside to this accommodation is that although there is a beach in front of the resort, you cannot actually swim here due to a reef and if you do want to swim you have to walk about 10 minutes down the beach to a pier which enters the water about 100metres out where you can snorkel (although is very deep here). It think this is quite common for a lot of the resorts along Marsa Alam.

The staff have been exceptionally supportive, welcoming, and available throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. Outstanding customer service, outstanding attention to everyone. Ms Eva, from Customer service, would check in from time to time to be sure that everything was perfect. We got a room upgrade with a sea view, double bathroom, and double room! You have plenty of food choices throughout the day, and you'll never go hungry! Mr Ahmed, chef, and Mr Osama, the restaurant manager, are always ready to respond to any request. There is a heated swimming pool. The Aquapark is fabulous. The gardens and the whole structure are well maintained. The Kids' Club is nice and Ms Asel makes sure the kids are entertained and are enjoying the activities. She is really sweet. The hotel also offers excellent activities for adults throughout the day, spanning from yoga to zumba, beach volley, etc etc etc Guests who want to enjoy relaxing music and have some quiet time can relax at the Gravity Peninsula, farther from the main beach. All in all, we strongly recommend Gravity Hurghada and we hope we'll soon go back.
