I recently had the pleasure of staying at Turquoise Pyramids & Grand Egyptian for four days, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a 5-star resort. Our room, situated on the top level, offered breathtaking views of the pyramids at the north gate. Waking up to such a stunning sight every day was truly unforgettable. The overall stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Horus at the reception, who provided excellent assistance from check-in to check-out. His professionalism and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. I would also like to express my gratitude to Esraa and her colleagues for their efforts in arranging the breakfast options. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a delightful dining experience were truly commendable. I highly recommend Turquoise Pyramids & Grand Egyptian to anyone seeking a memorable stay in the area. The combination of the mesmerizing views, friendly staff, and impeccable service made my time at the hotel truly perfect.

The facilities are very nice, large comfortable beds in lovely and clean rooms Most staff speak English to one degree or another My favourite part of my stay was Mohammad yassein, the house keeping for the floor I stayed on! He was polite and kind, constantly making sure I had everything I could possibly need. Omar on reception is lovely and polite I managed to secure another night's stay in this wonderful place! The location is wonderful, Ubers always have fast pick ups to take you to wherever you need I was only in Cairo for a wedding and I wish I could have stayed longer!

The location is great. A calm neighbourhood in hectic Cairo. The hotel accommodates late check-in (my flight was delayed, and I only arrived at 2am, and the process was quick and I even got an upgrade!) I also needed to extend my stay and this was done smoothly. On the second night they brought a plate full of fruits and chocolates. I enjoyed my stay here. The fitness room is small but allows you to not miss a workout while on vacation

The pool was incredible. I'm from Australia and we have nice poolz, but I was blown away at how well maintained this pool was, how friendly the staff were and clean the rooms were. The location was perfect. The only issue was Cairo streets which are under developed and not the fault of the hotel. Strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to chill in an oasis in Cairo / Giza.

Spend a day or two visiting the pyramids, sphinx, museums...

Spend a day or two visiting the pyramids, sphinx, museums and citadel then go to other tourist sites. I hated the fact that just speaking to someone they ask for tips. That left a very bad taste in my mouth. Can't enjoy going into any stores as it seems their only objective is TIPS, TIPS, TIPS. Wont recommend anyone going there.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable — I highly recommend staying here in Madinaty.

Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

The Nile River and spots around it are beautiful and fun. Definitely recommend a cruise. You can take one that fits your budget. Historic places are wonderful. Most visit some museums. There is a wide variety of restaurants that are easy to get to. Getting around the city by taxi isn't hard, given the population. Definitely the Nile. Museums, the pyramids.

Wonderful location, nice city. everything is available by delivery (Water, food) The only think we didn't like is the lack of wifi. as the password provided was not working and they didn't respond later to our request of having the wifi passport.

Cairo is HUGE and very busy with LOTS of people!

Cairo is HUGE and very busy with LOTS of people! The locals are very friendly and know you are a tourist! There is sooooo much to see and explore. I will be back!! If you are an American, take lots of $1 and $5 to use for tips at sites. They are happy to take USD!

Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran out of electricity, when it was 42 degrees outside, the owner didn't like friends coming to the apartment it was not a friendly place to stay, unlike the last time I stayed in the area
