The hotel is beautiful but what makes this place exceptional is the staff. They are kind, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. This is important when visiting a new country and one that is different to your own. They helped with suggestions for what to do in Cairo and Egypt and how to navigate all the little things like money, food, and transport. We felt so welcome and cared for. The wonderful staff are there 24/7 and became friends. Thanks to them, especially Lubna, Joseph, and Mohammed who made our visit an 11/10 and one we will remember fondly forever.

The venue was incredibly beautiful. Grounds were so well-kept. Fabulous stay all-round!! The staff were 10/10. Omnia at reception behind the desk was incredibly friendly, very hospitable and made our stay memorable! Mohamed the concierge manager was incredible. He helped with organising excursions and made sure we were always well taken care of. Ahmed at hotel security always greeted us with a smile and made sure we were enjoying ourselves! Over and above these three staff, all the staff at Al Masa were super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for you! THANK YOU ALMASA, we will be back for sure!!

Staff very helpful. Room was comfortable. We had a great chambermaid, Ms. Reda, who was patient and thorough. Room was reasonably quiet, given the location in downtown Cairo. Great location practically right across from the iconic Egyptian Museum and nearby Tahrir square. Breakfast was ok. We would certainly stay here again and would feel comfortable recommending it to friends.

Interesting history. Very good museums. World heritage sights. The city it selv, is huge, dusty, chaotic, traffic is horrific, and there are just someone who wants to sell you something everywhere, and they ruin all good for all the other Egyptians.

My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Everything was smooth and comfortable — I highly recommend staying here in Madinaty.

Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .

Spend a day or two visiting the pyramids, sphinx, museums...

Spend a day or two visiting the pyramids, sphinx, museums and citadel then go to other tourist sites. I hated the fact that just speaking to someone they ask for tips. That left a very bad taste in my mouth. Can't enjoy going into any stores as it seems their only objective is TIPS, TIPS, TIPS. Wont recommend anyone going there.

The Nile River and spots around it are beautiful and fun. Definitely recommend a cruise. You can take one that fits your budget. Historic places are wonderful. Most visit some museums. There is a wide variety of restaurants that are easy to get to. Getting around the city by taxi isn't hard, given the population. Definitely the Nile. Museums, the pyramids.

Madinaty is a lovely area, the apartment that was booked ran out of electricity, when it was 42 degrees outside, the owner didn't like friends coming to the apartment it was not a friendly place to stay, unlike the last time I stayed in the area
