The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide choice of hot and cold food, fresh fruit, and sweets. The swimming pool is small but very pleasant, with a nice pool bar where we spent a few hours each day. One night my wife became sick and we were amazed by the care provided. A doctor arrived in less than 10 minutes, examined her, and prescribed medicine. The staff even bought it and delivered it to our room within 20 minutes — at 3 a.m.! My stay in Madinaty was excellent. The flat was very clean, modern, and fully equipped with brand-new furniture and appliances. The location was great, quiet, and convenient, making it easy to relax and move around. The host was generous and welcoming, offering water and chocolates on arrival, and kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out. Terrible Experience - Avoid HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB! I recently booked an apartment through Booking.com with HOST PRIME APARTMENT IN REHAB for my family, including young children, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The host, Abdulaziz, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the washing machine, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with kids. To make matters worse, two hours before our scheduled check-out, Abdulaziz turned off the electricity, leaving us in a terrible situation. This company is a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone, especially families, to avoid booking with them. The lack of basic amenities and the host's unprofessional behavior made this the worst experience we've ever had. I expected much better from a property listed on Booking.com. i had been stay for 4 days and tenant offer anther apartment rather than the one i book thru booking , calming it will be more comfort with a family of 5 members and frankly speaking from day one , washing machine , Wifi was not working and cleaning hygiene was acceptable since we found Cigarettes pods on the floor and end up with black out for electricity due to tenant was not charge enough money via electrical card , i told him such apartment is not belong to him and he is not aware about anything inside apartment , however location is good .Guest review byMashaalEgypt - 10

Cairo is HUGE and very busy with LOTS of people! The locals are very friendly and know you are a tourist! There is sooooo much to see and explore. I will be back!!
