Very lovely place and beautiful garden facility with stunning seaside view 😍 Food was delicious but small evening menu. Breakfast with a sea view something worth a distance to come and experience. The Minster guides and guided tours are really helpful and informative. They point out all sorts of features one might miss otherwise. Go to see the Treasurer's House behind the Minster for a quirky and interesting house tour, lovely garden and a nice cafe with good soup and scones. The Merchant Adventurer's Hall right across the road from our rental property was new to me and well worth a visit with a nice not too crowded cafe and garden too.Guest review byJ LUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Loved the town, daughter has her heart set on Hallam uni now. Keep an eye on which way you walk in and out of the city from the hotel as there were dodgy areas, like any city. Loved the fact that the centre is almost all pedestrianised. Had a fab meal in Bella Italia.Guest review byAnonymous - 10

Bradford gets a bum rap, which is a shame as it's got so much. Overshadowed by Leeds just a few miles away (why?!), Bradford is working hard to ditch the brutal mistakes of 70s town planning - and look what's hiding underneath! Gems of Victorian architecture; an increasingly walking friendly city centre; three superb arts/music venues; and a vibrant vibe that comes for its centuries of diverse communities making the city their home. Never boring! Top tip - Waterstones! It's in the old wool trading building on Hustlergate and is truly magnificent.Guest review byMee - 2.0
Doncaster town is very depressing.
Doncaster town is very depressing. Big shops moved out and lots of shops closed entirely. Such a shame. We lived here for eleven years and moved with work but come back frequently to see friends. From the bank HSBC up Hallgate to the top is a very sad sight. Money needs investing to make it lovely again.Guest review byEileenUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Huddersfield doesn't have the best of reputations, which is a pity. I think that it's an absolute gem. The buildings are gorgeous, particularly to one who looks, such detail and reference to the industrial past. From the entrance steps to the railway station, one can see a lion and a prime minister. If you roam and keep your eyes open, there is so much more. I ate at my hotel. i travelled by car,Guest review byRichardUnited Kingdom
