Im speechless. The hotel, room was amazing. The staff was so nice, so kind, willing to help anytime. The breakfast was the best in all Jordania. Food are so delicious and no metter that we were in the time of Ramandan, they made us most delicious breakfast and wide variety of dishes. They are all so kind and adequate. I highly recommend anyone.

- The service - The ladies at the restaurant were so friendly and helpful! We booked a sunset cruise and the young guys that took us were jovial and made the experience unforgettable. Keep up the great work! - The rooms - clean, good amount of amenities (mineral water, toiletries, hair dryer etc). - Location - great location with a stunning view of the Egyptian coast across the Aqaba Bay Area. There’s a small reef in front of the hotels shoreline which is great for snorkelling. About a 20 minutes car ride from Aqaba town centre but to be honest, we never left the hotel as it had everything we needed. TIP - the shoreline in front of the hotel is rocky so if you want to comfortably enter the sea, best to bring wet shoes.

Amazing experience 😊 Beginning with the location: the hotel is very close to the beach, many restaurants, cafes and shops - it only takes a few minutes to get anywhere you might wish. The hotel is new so all the facilities are in the perfect condition. The served breakfast is amazing, it includes both delicious local foods, as well as international cuisine. The best part of the hotel are people working there. The service is exceptional, many can learn from them. Whatever you need, they will do everything possible and even beyond to help you and make you staying comfortable. These people is the reason I loved Jordan even more ♥️

I had a wonderful stay at Aroma Hotel in Aqaba! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect—very accessible to the shopping complex, beach, museum, fort, and plenty of good restaurants—yet still peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with plenty of options to start the day right. Jay recieved us super friendly and in a warm way. A special mention to the chef mumen, who did a truly wonderful job in organizing, serving, and of course preparing such delicious food. Every meal was hot, full of flavor, and felt like it was cooked with genuine love and affection—it really made the experience memorable. Most importantly, I want to thank muhammad, who not only supported us with whatever we needed but also guided us by suggesting wonderful places and restaurants. Trust me, our trip went to the next level because of his suggestions and advice. He took care of us like a brother—always attentive, making sure we were comfortable, and ensuring we had the best possible experience. I am departing Aqaba with lots of good memories and precious moments, only because of him. The stay at Aroma has been a five-star experience for me, and I strongly recommend it. It’s a new property, so a few staff members are still getting trained to the hotel’s style and setup, but you won’t feel any discomfort—they try their best to assist you and make you feel at home.

    The camp is really amazing; the tent we rented was quite spacious, furnished really nice and had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent with a variety of choice and there is as well a great bar which opens at 11am where you can go for a drink or a meal throughout the day and where you will find great staff working there. People we met working at the bar were interested in where we travel next, and when we told them we are going to Amman, they spent next half an hour explaining us all different places in Amman which to visit, where to eat, what to do - I don't have enough words explaining how nice the people were there. And all the trips (safari ride, camel ride etc) we agreed on, were organized as we agreed exactly spot on.

    I have to put this review as we had some concerns about this lodge because of previous reviews. We had a great time, lodge with a pool in the middle of the dessert is amazing, staff is really nice and help you with activities booking. Bait Ali offers a lot of private tours for reasonable price. We tried Jeep tour, camel ride and quad bikes. Everything completely personalised - private guide, flexible hours, drink and food during the trips included. For a price, comparable with those at Wadi Rum village. If your first criteria is budget, avoid it, if you want to enjoy and experience the dessert in style, it is great choice.

    Although we stayed at his brother's camp because there was a problem with a generator when we arrived, Hameed was a great host and looked after us at his brother's camp too. We booked a day tour with his uncle Abu Muhammad which was awesome. Abu Muhammad is a really amazing person and we had some great conversations with him. The view from the camp was wonderful. The tent was great and had a large terrace. We really had a fantastic time. Thank you very much to all of you.

    The bed and the pillows were comfortable this is rare. The breakfast was of good quality and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and all the amenities were in place for me to enjoy my stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the belly dancing show on Friday Night. The reception was excellent with welcome drinks and everyone, from reception to the bar host and even the cleaners made me feel very special.

    From the moment we arrived at Al Sultana Luxury Camp, Rami made us feel completely at home. His warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine hospitality stood out immediately. He personally helped us settle into our room, handled our luggage with care, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly impressed us was how effortlessly he managed to arrange a last-minute Wadi Rum tour for us — and when I say last-minute, I’m not exaggerating! Within minutes, the truck and driver were ready, and we were off on an incredible adventure through the desert.     It is wonderful city.

    It is wonderful city. We loved snorkeling in Berenice beach club. Dimitris coffee. We stayed at Bratus hotel, which was lovely stay. Mama gaia beach club is also something we will remember. My husband did underwater walk in diving center, which he enjoyed. I just could not go, becaue I got anxiety from white helmet they put on your head and they did not refund me. Also in Berenice beach club I paid for glass boat tour with snorkeling and there was not enough people so they cancel the trip and also no refund. But you can snorkel by yourself and it is enough.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of the city and its stunning landscapes. The highlight of our trip was definitely the beach. The water was incredibly clear and calm, perfect for a relaxing swim or enjoying the sun. My kids had an absolute blast. The gentle waves made it ideal for them to play and swim safely. We also had the opportunity to snorkel and see the beautiful underwater life, which was an exciting adventure for the whole family. The weather was absolutely perfect.
