The location is placed at a very convenient area, near entertainment center. Brand new hotel which serves best services, nice attitude from managers to staffs. They’re always looking for a way improvement, especially while we’ve stayed at 12F the guy who could speak very well at English, on beside of way carefully cleaning our room made us pleased, was guided us enthusiastic what to do and where to go around, really appreciate it. Incredible location ( and I spent a long time worrying about where to book!) Walking distance to so many areas and about 5mins walk to Namba station. Shops, little arcades and restaurants right outside the door of the hotel, as well as 7eleven, so close, and Lawsons, too, so no need to have to use the metro with tired children, at night! Spacious room ( one bed family loft with bunk beds) with excellent sound proofing. Amazing board game area and general hotel games -cute idea. Laundry facilities were so handy. Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Would 100% stay again if we’re lucky enough to return to Osaka.

We stayed here for a week, without breakfast. The room and the bathroom was really spacious, with plenty of places to relax. The Hommachi station is very close by, and there is also a world-class bakery and a beautiful park a few minutes away. It was nice to be able to get your room cleaned up without changing the sheets and the pyjamas.

Great room, convenient location, staff are very welcoming and nice amenities. Glad to experience the Japanese hospitality which slowly disappearing from other big hotel. We were impressed by the layout of the room, the designer must have put in a lot of thought for that, it was so great that this hotel was the best stay in our 12 days trip. I hope they will keep up their spotless room over time.

    We spent our time around Tennoji.

    We spent our time around Tennoji. My wife and son especially liked Abeno Q's Mall. There's a lot of affordable food and shopping. Most people want to go to Dotonbori or Shinsaibashi, but they're just too crowded and not great. I think Abeno is much better.

    We only stayed one night when we arrived as we needed a place to recharge and freshen up before we head to Kyoto. The hotel is very nice with complete amenities in the room. The room we occupied has the view of the airport runway but we never heard any noise coming from the airplanes arriving and taking off. A bit expensive but it was worth it. Breakfast buffet was very good too.

    Sakai is where the Black Ship finally stopped, it brough the first Portugese to Japan. The city is full of history and is where some of the best knives in the country are made. Easy to walk around, barely a tourist in sight, it is a wonderful counter balance to the frentic and congested Osaka scene. Highly recomend the knife factory and history tour, you can book that through Trip Advisor. Remi the guide was fantastic.

    To be truthful I stayed because I wanted to visit the airport as an aircraft spotter, so I did not look around a lot, however in the evening I did find an excellent Nepalese bar / restaurant, so much so that I never bothered to look for anywhere else the following two nights of my stay.

    The area was close to a number of interesting sites. We visited an incredible vintage market at Expo '70 Commemorative Park. Travel to Katsuo Ji (my favorite!) was easy from this area. Our rental here was a great bargain.

    The breakfast was fantastic — so many options, and everything tasted great. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Every part of the hotel, including our room, was spotless. I requested fresh towels daily, and they not only provided them but also made the bed each day. The views from our room, the restaurant, and the Sky Spa were absolutely breathtaking. After a long day of walking and sightseeing, relaxing in the Sky Spa’s large bath with that amazing view was the perfect way to unwind.

    New and very reasonable price for the quality. Highly recommended for the travellers before the trip, but better to buy something to eat and drink around the station, before reaching this hotel by walk (10mins) as there are not many shops around.

    Osaka Jo, Namba, Rail and Metro (Rail difficult for English speakers to understand tickets, Metro good with major credit cards) Very fascinating city with good not expensive food. Went for Expo 2025 was great except for massive crowds! Only saw inside of 2 pavilons but was worth it to experience the Great Wheel! Don't tear it down!!!!

    We didn’t like the location at all, on the internet it says the first train to airport starts at 4:30 that’s why I booked this location but we turned out having to book a taxi ride which was 5500 yen just 6k to the airport 🥲

    You are staying there Just for the sleep, nothing more. The room has it's own bath, massage chair, flat screen, all sorts of things. But it is poor in terms of hygiene and room service. However, you should keep in mind not to have high expectation, since it's considerably cheap.
