If you have a well-oriented room, it is possible to have a nice view of the river and the National library. Right next to the hotel is the Grēcinieku iela bus stop, where bus 22 runs, providing a direct connection to the airport (approximately 30 minutes). The central bus station is also quite nearby. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Just a few minutes by walking and you are in the Riga Old town. The breakfast was rich and excellent. I especially recommend trying the excellent cheese salad. An interesting fact is that during the week breakfast is served until 11:00 a.m. and on the weekend until 11:30 a.m. This is good news for people who like to sleep longer. I also recommend visiting the restaurant. Excellent food and drinks. By the way, near the hotel there is Ala Pagrabs Folkklubs, where you can try traditional Latvian food and beer. The hotel staff was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. I liked the bed very much. It is also possible to use the SPA center within the hotel. But that's for a fee. The SPA has two pools (normal and warmer water), one of them with jets, and three different saunas. The entrance fee for a hotel guest is 20 EUR for 1.5 hours. I definitely recommend visiting the lookout on the roof of the hotel. Overall I was very satisfied with the accommodation.Guest review byMartinSlovakia

We stayed in the Presidential Suite, which was both cozy and spacious, offering plenty of room for us to continue celebrating a birthday party after leaving the banquet space (due to the music curfew at 11 PM). It was the perfect setting for a relaxed and intimate gathering with some of our guests. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and breakfast the next morning was excellent—delicious and satisfying! Beautiful city with one of the best old towns in Europe. Great for walking around, grabbing a coffee and chilling. It's a nice spot to take it easy. There is spa available for day pass £25 for adult for 2.5 hours in Jurmala Spa hotel. No need to book in, walk in welcome. Excellent facilities and kids friendly lots to do. I went twice wile on my trip. Lots of lovely restaurants, bubs and shops to explore for all liking. I like the hotel because of its location, cleanliness and customer service at the reception. I did not like the restaurant and its staff because they do not serve enough food at the breakfast even though you pay for it. If you do not go to breakfast early, you only get some leftovers. Great small town.
Great small town. Big attractions are the castle; the forest walks for hikers; the nearby outdoor activity centre with kayaking etc; lovely restaurants and cafes - good food but not expensive. Despite being almost 200 km from the seashore the city had an inspiring shore holiday feel with a great beach side island in the middle of the city.
